　Kics sets ourselves apart from the old-school exporters. Kics invented the Casing Buy-Back Program in collaboration with Group Michelin 15 years ago and was appointed as exclusive partner of the maker’s nationwide program. Since then, we have worked closely with Michelin Japan, to reduce costs and build an efficient supply chain throughout Japan.

- In addition to our collaborative work with Michelin Japan, Kics has worked with foreign embassies to supply used tires (Truck, Bus and Off-the-Road) to be used in Civil Engineering projects in developing countries.

- In research work, Kics has developed a study report on the Japanese OE market, commissioned by some of the leading overseas tire manufacturers

　The casing supply environment here has completely changed from 20 years ago when I chose to start Kics. Today, there are very limited quantities of quality TB casings because the tire-volume produced by Japanese makers are strictly controlled.

　With limited quantities of good quality casings available to work with, Kics　has only worked with exclusive clients who share the "quality first" value. To maintain the highest quality possible, we carefully source casings directly from dealers and end-users.
